The journal of South African Journal of Ethnology (1994 - 2002) changed to Anthropology Southern Africa in 2002 and is still under publication. 

The ASnA Journal is peer evaluated and serves a wide South African, African and international community. The journal is registered for 4 numbers per year but due to financial constraints it is published twice a year containing two numbers at a time.
